Wastewater Department

The Adairsville Wastewater department operates two wastewater treatment facilities for citizens of Adairsville. The department is also responsible for the maintenance of sewage collection lines throughout the system.

Disposal of certain items into the sewer system can cause significant problems including flooding your home, by clogging up pipes, etc... Blockages in sewer pipes can occur if certain items are flushed down the toilet or washed down the sink drain.
